📱 App Centre: Integration → Manage App Users
Overview
The Manage App Users page displays app user records collected through the integration system.
This page is designed to help you view user data that has been passed back from the app and, where available, send individual Push notifications or individual SMS messages.
The user list is searchable and ordered by most recently updated records.
What this page does
From this page, you can:
- view app user records
- search users by name, email, or phone number
- see when a user record was last updated
- send an individual Push notification to a user where Push is available
- send an individual SMS message to a user where SMS is available
Information shown on this page
The user table includes:
OS Subscriber Id
This is the push subscription identifier linked to the user or their device.
It is used when sending an individual push notification.
Name
The user’s stored name, where available.
The user’s stored email address, where available.
Phone
The user’s stored phone number, where available.
Last Updated
The date and time the user record was last updated.
Actions
Depending on the data available for that user, you may see:
- Push
- SMS
If these options do not appear, the required user data or message settings may not be available.
How to use Manage App Users
1. Search for a user
Use the search box at the top of the page to search by:
- name
- phone number
This helps you quickly find a specific record.
2. Review the user details
Check the row for the user you want to contact or review.
The table updates dynamically and supports pagination where there are multiple pages of users.
3. Send an individual Push notification
If a Push button appears for a user:
- click Push
- enter the Title
- enter the Message
- optionally add a URL
- optionally upload an Image
- send the notification
This sends a one-to-one push notification to that user’s device subscription.
4. Send an individual SMS message
If an SMS button appears for a user:
- click SMS
- type your message
- click Send SMS
This sends a single text message to the user’s stored phone number, where SMS sending is enabled.
Best practice
- Use individual messaging carefully and appropriately
- Keep messages clear and relevant
- Double-check any URL before sending a push notification
- Only send SMS messages where the appropriate permissions or consent are in place
- Use this page for one-to-one communication rather than bulk campaigns
Important note
The Push and SMS options depend on the user record having the required data and message status available.
This page is mainly intended as a support and management tool for app user records collected through your integration setup.
