Overview
A Gallery Post is used when you want to publish multiple images as part of a single post.
This is ideal for:
- event photo sets
- product highlights
- behind-the-scenes posts
- seasonal collections
- visual storytelling
What makes this different
In addition to the normal post fields, a Gallery Post allows you to upload multiple gallery images.
These images are stored with the post and displayed as part of the frontend gallery experience. In addition, the newsfeed will show a mosaic on the gallery images for this post type.
Main fields
The Gallery Post includes the same main fields as a standard post, including:
- Featured image
- Title
- Feed URL Link
- Short content
- Full content
- CTA URL
- CTA Label
- Category
- Language
- Meta fields
- Status
- Publication date
- Visibility
Gallery Images
Upload one or more additional images for the gallery.
These images appear inside the gallery post and can also be shown in the feed layout.
You can also remove existing gallery images when editing a post.
Best practice
Use a strong featured image for the main feed card, then use gallery images to expand the story.
Do not overload the gallery with too many similar images. Choose the clearest and most useful images.
